Just tell yourself it's going to be ok. Then just be happy you have friends that care give them a hug and go do something together. Try something new like bowling on roller skates :)
(picturing that makes me smile)

Hmm. Well, if you are sad and dont have any reason to be then something is wrong with you. Not in a "your just a freak get over it" kind of way but in a "Its probably time to talk to a doctor" type of way. Sounds like it could be a sign of depression. I suffer myself from anxiety and Depression. Also some signs you want to look out for is mood swings and frequent changes, problems sleeping, body aches (specifically your back) and just a general feeling of bla'ness. Check out www.webmd.com . they have some really good articles on symptoms and medications for you to read up on. Do some research and talk with your doctor.

Same thing happens to me sometimes. I feel that sadness, but I have no idea what it is. So I just keep myself busy with friends and family, thats how I get rid of it. But it comes back again when I am alone. I dont know, I hope eventualy that sadness will go away.

Whenever I am sad or stressed out about something I just go take a warm shower and shave and give myself a manicure, wash my face, put on moisterizer and makeup and earrings and necklaces--I just deck myself out and I always feel 100% better after I just take some time out of the day to pamper myself.

Go out and do something you like to do, like go for a walk in the park, walking around the mall or going to a movie. You have to think of just yourself once in a while.

Well i feel the same way. It's because you're a realist and the impending doom of the future is on you. Hey all we have is today. So live love and be happy. Or eat, drink, and be merry.

i use to be in your shoes but you know what now i truely do have things to be sad about. but you probably got a chemical imbalance. try changing diet and exercise . if it all fails get on anti depressants. but take it from me you got good in your life that should be the lift you need. but its understandable and u can't help it. but if you are blessed focus on all the good . family and friends health a life .

I am feeling the same way as you at the moment. Although , I know why I am sad and mostly hurting. The way I feel at the moment , I wish I were dead.

try to be alone for a while, not really isolate yourself, just go for a quick walk, jog, bike or eat but not advisable since you'll gain weight, but i do eat chocolate when i'm down. and i also cry,it's my outlet..
