In my opinion there is no one best website for fish information. There are lots of great sites with wonderful info about setting up and maintaining an aquarium, but if you want the best information about specific types of fish then you need to go to websites the are less general and focus on that type of fish. Some of the very best sites around are run by large clubs. These have people that keep the fish and really care about helping you with your specific fish and your problems. So I would suggest you search for a site about cichlids or bettas or tetras or catfish... whatever it is you need to know more about and try to find one run by a large club. That's often the way to get the very best info.

That relies upon completely on the length of the turtle. that is very virtually no longer a danger for a betta fish to break or per chance annoy a turtle, yet a large turtle would opt for to completely make a meal of a small fish. in case you opt for to positioned the turtle interior of a similar tank because the betta fish, attempt to come across a small and ideally partly vegetarian turtle. Even then, it truly is a danger that the turtle would opt for to bite the fish, so if the fish seem having subject matters (i.e., harm marks, you be wakeful the turtle going after them, etc) it would opt for to be a sturdy theory to split them. One theory would opt for to be to locate some style of plastic mesh that you'll put in the tank to split it into 2 aspects purely so the turtle is saved distant from the fish and would opt for to't worry them.

Best web site, I really don't think there is any one BEST web page. As with anything else, Just because there is a web page doesn't mean they have accurate information.
Here are a few that I have found that have fairly accurate information over a broad spectrium of issues:
http://www.fishlore.com/FirstTankSetup.htm
http://www.petinfo4u.com/advanced_fish.htm
http://www.goldfishinfo.com/identify.htm
http://futurepet.com/trivia/aquariums-cycling.htm
One of the best ones I have found is:
http://freshaquarium.about.com/
As with anything get second opnions. Never take one source as the only truth. We on Yahoo answers will also try to help with any problems the best we can.
Just wanted to add: if you are looking for Exotic or specialty fish info;
Monsterfish.com

Try PetSmart they have a lot of simple articles on various aspects of Fish and Aquarium care. Then you learn some basics and can go to more detailed sites of specific fish.

There are very, very many. If you're looking for a specific information, just google it.
But some good general info / profile sites are:
http://badmanstropicalfish.com/
http://aqualandpetsplus.com/
http://www.fishpondinfo.com/
http://www.liveaquaria.com/
The best general online community I can recommend is http://www.fishforums.com - however, if you're looking for a more a specific one (ie marine only, piranhas, predatory fish, cichlids) they do exist.

Specifically goldfish, but forums have fish keepers that raise other breeds, too. Especially helpful with disease related problems. Helpful forum members.
