that we wash dishes in hot, soapy water, but just give our toothbrushes a quick little rinse under cold water? After all, they just scrubbed all that food off you teeth. I have started soaking mine in peroxide

i rinse it in warm...but still. I see what you mean. oh well, I havent died yet.

I always use hot water, toothpaste and then listerine. Yes the mouth is the dirties part of your body. Everyone should brush are you will be running your teeth thru the dishwasher..

Make sure that you can "drink" whatever peroxide you are soaking it in, otherwise you can get poisoned slowly over time.

I know! I soak myne in mouthwash every day and peroxide once a week.
People are stupid sometimes huh?! :)

because the cold water feels more refreshing on our teeth so we sub consciencely think it refreshes our toothbrushes too

i boil my head once a week with toothbrush in my mouth to make sure its clean! hurts a little though.....

when you let your tooth brush sit out the whole day until night time all the germs dry out, so its ok
