while installing Win XP it asks press F6 3rd party SCSI or RAID driver? What is it?

Trust me, and honestly no offense intended, if you do not know what it is, you don't have SCSI drives that need to be RAID formatted in your system. Odds are, if you have a newer personal computer [as opposed to a server], you have either SATA or EIDE drives. You have no need to set up a SCSI controller or RAID the system.
So, don't press F6 and just keep going along with the installation.

It is a driver made by the company that created the SCSI or RAID interface. If you are using SCSI or RAID, then you will need the drivers to be able to install to that drive. These are usually included with the hardware, either a CD or a floppy disc. If you do not have either of these, then dont worry about it.
