It's not too bad, but it needs a central focus. Something to grab the viewer's attention right away and let them know what the site is about without them having to do too much brain work.

Well done;but isn't Apple a bit upset with your use of their calendar icon and graphic applications menu icon? Unless you have permission to use their icons-Copyright infringement lawsuits can be very expensive.
