They make a product for this problem that is really easy to use it is called (glass stripper) about $4.00 for a tub....Or you can put soap and water in a spray bottle, spray window and use a raor blade at a 45 degreee anle and that will also take them all off quickly...

ye smost of these spots ar ecaused by oil on the roads surface and on the tires of other cars it gets into the air i suggest the following wipe entire window with rubbing alchol the regular type from a drug stor eas well as the wipers if this dosent cure it then check your insurance policy and see what the glass policy deductible is usually 50 dollars or less and most glass companys will wave this fee so good luck ps a window is easy to break

You can buy the finest (least abrasive) steel-wool which is marked 0000 on the package. It works great at removing water spots on glass like car windshields, just use a little glass cleaner with it. Do not use it on mirrors, as the mirror glass is cheaper and more easily scratched. You can buy this 0000 steel wool at Wal-Mart.
