how do you make a home made protein shake for a 14 year old? and what can i do to grow?

Homeopathic treatment to help gaining height: -
1.BACILLINUM 200X
2.BARYTA CARB 200X
Three drops each in a sip of water just once a week.
Follow it up with these Tissue Salts: -

I am fourteen years old and I have no problem with getting taller, but i am skinny as a twig. So what i did was went to the healthfood store and got something called Creatine. Its just a supplement, alot of body builders take it. Its not a steriod its really safe. Do some reasearch its working real well.

Height is controled by heredity. I suppose you could travel back in time, and select taller parents before you were conceived.
To get muscly... at your age?, just work out, but not for more than 2 hours a day. Boxing routines are prolly the best way to bulk up.

Have whey protein - in the form of smoothies - 1 scoop+ a cup of berries+ half a banana - for morning.
Protein it's the only nutrient makes you grow muscles.
However, don't eat too much protein. It could overload your liver and create serious damage.

Pilates helps strengthen your muscles and make them longer and leaner and it helps your posture as well.
