Sorry I could not open the page to answer the question. Any news about Pakistan coming through ill informed Indian source should be taken with caution. Isolated events are every where in the world. Pakistan is front line partner of war against terrorism. Unfortunnately some tribal areas are automonous posing difficulies.Tribal society still exist in Pakistan.
