15 weeks and 4 days pregnant and having bother with my boobs!?

ok my breasts arent really sore or tender however my nipples are constantly itcy and 90% of the time they are hard for no reason. is this normal and if so is there anything that can be done about it p.s my partners 14 year old brother cant take his eyes off them, thats the most embarrassing part!

wear a thicker or padded bra if it bothers you, the boy starring.
I believe it's normal, if in doubt ask your doctor.
