Why is US Cellular never rated with the other carriers? ie: consumer reports?

Probably because they are only the seventh largest cell provider. I've been using them for the past 4 years and have had no problems other than I get reception in most of the places I fish since I quit Alltel

because they are not a national provider

so small and very few ppl have it....i didnt even know it was still around and running
