i'm black and i believe its ok to be proud to be white, but when you advocate hate and try to be a supremacy over everyone else, it becomes a problem. white power would have been o.k if early groups like the KKK wouldnt have made white people look bad. thats why people associate white pride as racist today. this country shoud be ran by respectable people regardless of what they are. what do you think?

Generally, the phrase "white power" is taken to mean that power should be exclusive to whites and that they should hold the reigns to society. This isn't a sentiment that any race, ethnicity, religion, or other group should hold, since it's undemocratic at its core.

I agree with your point of view. And as you said The KKK used there influence in a negative, hateful wy. So other "whites" are made to look like there upholding that sme belief. Whether they believe it or not. I suppose thats how it comes across and yes its wrong. But what do you do?!!!

White power is racist, plain and simple, just like Black Power, Brown Power, etc. I think it's stupid to be proud to be either skin color because it's not like you earned your skin color, ya know? Not some huge feat like finishing law school or climbing to the top of Mt. Everest. People should be proud of things they accomplish in life, or the traditions and history of their respective cultures, not skin hue. That's just stupid.
