I talked to Tiger yesterday. I needed to order several items (ended up with >$400), then I saw the link that says you can get a free 128 MB USB jump drive if you use the Secure/ebill...But I had already been on hold so long waiting for a c/c verification operator, so I mentioned it to her. "Do you want to do that instead?" she politely asked me. "Well, I would, but I have already sat here on hold for (ugh) 35 minutes, so let's just get this over with!" my reply. I have been doing business with TigerDirect for years, I don't think they would endorse anything that wasn't legit. I have used PayPal, my debit card, another c/c, always order stuff with rebates, so there's always lots of paperwork involved (I'll be getting back $160 on this order), but they have always been quick and easy to deal with. Some folks might like to know...if you need long distance minutes, or a phone card, Phone Hog will give you minutes if you order from Tiger or a bunch of other sites through their "on-site mall", that's a REALLY GOOD DEAL. Let us know if you use it and have any problems with it. Cindy

I have not used this method, but I have made at least 20 purchases from them and have always gotten great service.
