At work when every is chatting I join in and then the convo just dies and nobody says anything, Is what I say relevent?
It makes me feel like crap cos I'm the youngest too.

1 What you say may not be relevant.
2 They don't like you.
3 They are talking about you.
4 They don't like your answers.
5 They feel arkward when you just join in like that.
6 What they are saying is sensitive and secret.
7 They feel you are not too familar with your company environment to understand them.
Relax lady, this thing happen all the time. Just get use to it.

this happens to everyone.
it also depends on what you say. and the audience TYPE, that you say it to.
you cannot say black jokes with a KKK spin but you can call blacks N words if you are black yourself.
