I find baking soda will remove most of the stains. Sprinkle it on generously, let it sit, scrub with a dry sponge with the scrubby part on the back, add a LITTLE water if necessary. Rinse. Repeat if necessary.

The best one I can think of is Bon Ami; it doesn't have chlorine in it, but is pretty good at scrubbing things. Just be aware that the lack of chlorine also means a lack of germ-fighting ability. As for being "natural" - chlorine isn't exactly synthesized; it's part of the world around us like most other elements.

Baking soda and vinegar is great. Just sprinkle on the soda, spritz on vinegar. Let it fizz, then scrub clean.
