well i got off the depo shot about 10 months ago i was not coming on my period for the last 10 months and suddenly got back on in dec. 2006 and i havent got it again and its been two months, i took a pregnancy test but was negative. What can i do to get back to normal periods? because i want to get pregnant!! what can i do?

Most have returned to their prior menstrual cycles and are able to get pregnant within a year of stopping depo. You are close. If after 12 months, you still don't have (your) normal periods, talk to a doctor. There are many things other than depo than can prevent you from getting pregnant. However, your doctor will probably have you wait a bit longer. Good luck.

I was on depo for 1 year and then it took exactly 1 year to get pregnant

i was depo for 5 years when i got off it took a little over a year for me to get pregnant. i dont think theres nothing you can do but wait until its out of your system. good luck!!!
