In the simplest clearest language possible, can any one tell me step by step how to get a web page or domain? Therefore, that if you type a word my sight will show up all over the world. In addition, how do I put a voice tape recording on it is it difficult?

You can create a web page through templates provided by Front Page, if you are not experienced in web design. For the domain name you need to register it and then host it. Go Daddy can do all of this. They also have a lot of templates to choose from. Of course, you will have to pay a monthly charge for this.
If you want a web design company to register your domain and host it on their servers, I use www.moredynamic.com. They may be able to cut you a deal. Go to their site and submit and request and they will get back to you very soon.
