They will take the same acceleration and hit the ground at the same time!

The question is incomplete. You have to account for wind resistance. And to account for that, you have to know the shape of the objects. If the rock were a piece of pumice stone, it would be much larger than a piece of granite of equal weight. So its larger size would create more air resistance as it drops.

Of course, if you simply assume that the rock is a regular old rock, then the rock will land first because it is denser.

Ignoring air resistance, they will land at exactly the same time.
