I'm 27. since age 13 i've had these pains inside the chest. Should i expect death at a young age?

Whenever i have those. I get worried cause something inside kind of starts locking up/stretching/pulling( who knows what).. so that if i breath in it hurts so bad.

Haven't had this for about 2years. but yesterday i had some of it. And recently my diet and everything has been good. I eat good, exercise .. but actually that doesn't even matter i guess. I may have some defect

You should have yourself checked for a hiatel hernia, I experience the same thing at time and have for many years. I have had every test possible and my heart is as strong as can be. I have GERD as you may but not yet realize it.

My God, man, see your doctor!! It sounds like a heart defect, like your heart muscle itself isn't getting enough blood and oxygen, maybe from a leaky valve. You need a stress test and a echo cardiogram to see what's going on, at the least. Pick up the phone and call. Now! I can't believe you've had this condition since you were 13 and you never mentioned it to your doctor!

This sounds to me like a stomach ulcer or hiatal hernia, assuming that you truly don't have a coronary problem.

It could be a muscle cramp or you could have asthma. Asthma can cause your chest to hurt. Do you cough too?
