I had to laugh when I read this! I call my dad "Daaaadeeee" when I want/need something and he always says "Uh-oh...What do you want??". So I'm guessing your daughter calls you daddy when she wants/needs something! Correct!?

You know, it could just be her showing her love for you in a different way. Sometimes I call my dad, "daddy" when we are having a "moment" or reminiscing old times . . . makes me think of the good times we had when I was a child of when you think your dad is the strongest man in the world.

I do the same when I need to borrow money from my dad or if I am stranded and need a ride. It doesn't happen often but if it does it's always starts out the same way
