Yes. The CD's are there for you to take home and enjoy but copying them is illegal.

That depends, do you mean you copied one song onto a CD for your own personal listening and enjoyment? If so, that is not illegal. As long as it is used for your own personal listening, and you are not playing it for others, using it on a website, not playing it at a birthday party, etc... you are fine. Any of the other uses I stated would be illegal.

I'm not sure, but I doubt that this would be illegal. Even if it is illegal, there's no way anyone would come after you or even find out about it. If you start distributing those songs to other people, then you might be asking for trouble.

Yes - that is illegal. You can copy CDs that you own for your personal use only. Copies of your CDs can't be shared.

It is illegal. But as long as you don't distribute or sell the copies then it is extremely unlikely that any action will be taken. How many people could they prosecute !

I'm not sure, but I've done it before. I mean, it's not your fault you can only keep it for 3 weeks or whatever. As long as you don't copy it onto CD's and sell them, I wouldn't consider it a crime.

I don't think you would have a problem, as long as you didn't further distribute it or sell it.
