I've always been the type of person to help others even if it means that i go without and give them my best advice and all of my time.. basically the best friend, sister, daughter, girlfriend, enemy etc.. I mean I'm always willing to help ANYONE.. but recently I got sick and its like I'm the biggest problem because people are trying to be nice to me and its obvious that they dont want to.. I dont ask for help or bother anyone but this morning I ask someone if they would be able to give me a ride (wow) and I think I've heard 600 reasons why she can't do it and now shes giving me an attitude... How do I explain the help isn't needed THAT bad and I'm over the fact that she told me no?

Let it go...remember "No good deed goes unpunished" maybe she realizes that she hasn't learned to share or... be as helpful as you, and it's eating at her because she really can't help you out right now. True giving is ...expecting nothing in return.
