I am not saying that some of them aren't talented but some of them are right pricks , they should realise that they are role models ... but i do think that they are seriously overpaid !

one question, would any of you so no to ballacks wage packet?? i think not. not that i agree. there should be a cap. and every club should have to contribute to grassroots. HAVE TOO!!! the top players should earn no more than 100k a week. the money should come out of the money generated from revenue. every club should pay 3% of its revenue into a grass roots fund. imagine all the money, obviously the top clubs would pay more, but in turn would have more young ENGLISH talent

I think they are overpaid because really they do nothing for us apart from entertain us and(not saying all of them)are bad role models for people who want to become footballers

Massively overpaid indeed.

Without a doubt, but its us as fans who pay through the turnstiles or pay to subscribe to sky sports who are helping to provide such huge wages for footballers with limited talent

A mixture of both.

If people are willing to pay them, then why shouldn't they get paid ridiculous wages? I Don't agree with it, but hey ho!

I also think that it's ridiculous to expect footballers to be viewed as role models for kids of today - they are young men with shitloads of £££'s - lots of them do bits of charity work, which is fine by me.
