I cut the corner too close in the parking garage & scraped my car right above the reer wheel? Buffing?

It doesn't appear to be deep but scraped the paint. If so, can I use a buffing product? Do you recommend one & can I buy it at Target or Wal-Mart?

Go to the automotive dept of either of the stores you mentioned and buy "Rubbing Compound". If you can't find it ask for help from the workers there.

This will minimize the ugliness of the damage.

If you're not totally happy with the results, whether you go to a paint and body shop is up to you.

Take it to a full service car wash that does full detailing.
they can advise you if it can buffed out.
