You don't....at least, not from the peice of paper you're reading it from. The form of written music you describe requires a pre-knowledge of the tempo and rhythm of the song...the chords are shown as a guide to where the chord changes take place.

Usually you have to listen to the song and figure it out that way. But I usually take a song and do a different pattern to make it sound unique. Anyways I hope this helps.

you can't know from that. the easiest way to figure it out is to listen to the actual song an try to figure it out from that.

of just go with it and do what sounds right.
