a cup of tea is the excuse for more things than there is room here to mention and its also a sign of care and concern if your English if you have a problem no matter how big or small you know the ones who care for you by them saying (sit down love and i`ll make you a nice cup of tea )or in other words i care and i`m here for you.

A tea break. Since I have been sick, I have been brewing tea with honey and lemon and it is delicious! And it really helps a cough.
