I used to do it because I thought that the colder you were the more calories you were burning. That's actually true, but the difference is so negligible that one might as well be comfortable.

Depends on how cold. 40s- i wear -running tights with shorts -under armor -light hat -don't usually need gloves, but if you feel like you need them, wear them. 30s- i wear: -long running tights and shorts (or pants if it is windy) -under armor and hoodie -hat. -light gloves (the knit, stretchable kind) 20s and below- i wear -socks that cover my ankles -long running tights and sweat pants -under armor and light jacket and hoodie, or a heavier jacket. -hat that covers face (think bank robber) -warm gloves (nylon) Dress in layers. Don't wear so much clothes that you get sweaty, but also wear enough clothes to keep you warm. I determine how much clothes i need by walking a couple of laps around my house the second i get outside. If I'm really uncomfortable, then i go inside and add/remove a layer or two. Then i warm up, stretch and go. Just make sure you cover all skin if your are out in the 20s for long runs (anything more than 10-15 minutes); on shorter runs it isn't as important. Just keep at it. Your body will eventually reach a point where it gets used to cold.

Because the Green Fuzz from planet Zog are taking over the media. They started with Channel 4 early am stuff. Now people put up with hours of shite. A leaked Michael Heseltine letter (as Defence Secretary) to BBC Childrens' Programmes controller comments on National Curriculum.

I like to wear them tight jogging pants, only problem is they attract attention to your knackers if you end up stood talking to someone.

that a good question....I dont understand why some will wear a t-shirt with jeans and no coat...the answer should be as simple as this...I think their polars...like polar bears...they can stand it and love that type of season...I hate to see what happens when the summer hit...what will they wear then...g strings?...
