Psychoanalyzing a character for "Rose For Emily"?

I have to psychoanalyze a character in "Rose For Emily" and I need help!!

Analyze Emily Grierson, a loner, who suffers from necrophilia (= attraction towards dead bodies). Here are a few key passages that show that:

(1) "Already we knew that there was one room in that region above stairs which no one had seen in forty years, and which would have to be forced. They waited until Miss Emily was decently in the ground before they opened it" (p. 129): in that room was the corpse of her lover, Homer Barron;

(2) the last scene: the townspeople opened the secret room and found "the man himself lay [lying] in the bed" (p. 130);

(3) the very last paragraph: " then we noticed that in the second pillow was the indentation of a head [Emily's]. One of us lifted something from it, and leaning forward, that faint and invisible dust dry and acrid in the nostrils, we saw a long strand of iron-gray hair [Emily's]" (p. 130).

Also, at different points in the story, there are references to Emily's mental health, such as these:

(1) "even with insanity in the family" (p. 123);
(2) "we did not think she was crazy then" (p. 124);
(3) when she bought the arsenic, the townspeople thought she was going to kill herself (pp. 125-6).

Well, obviously you have to use Emily. She definitely has some problems. Why would she keep his body in the room for so long and why would she sleep next to it? Perhaps it has something to do with the relationship between her and her father. Remember also that this refusal to give up a dead body began with her father. I don't know much about psychoanalyzing, but I hope I gave you a start!
