I work at Chili's, and the reason is that someone found a stone in one of them so all Chili's are refraining from selling them for safety reasons. They are coming back eventually though.

I dont know but I work in Fort Worth Texas and they did not have any last week when I went to the one here.

I haven't heard about anything like that around here. Maybe there was an issue with one of the ingredients they use. If they use green onions, maybe there was an e-coli recall?
