Odd question, but a good one! We razzed my Grandmother ( bless her soul) for years.for wearing a bra 24/7....until her Doctor told us that..this 89 year old woman has the breasts of a 20 year old girl. Did she have the secret? I don't know.

I dont know what affect it has on a females body to wear a bra 24/7 but I do know it IS unhealthy to wear a bra to bed. Just like any other part of your skin breasts need to breath too.
Especially if wearing a underwired bra during the day to wear it in bed is not good at all as her breasts will never get to 'relax' so to speak.
Urge her to take it off at bedtime.

You should not wear a bra to bed as the skin needs a chance to breathe. If you sweat to much under the fabric it can cause yeast to grow and cause a yeast infection. Tell her to leave the bra off and let her skin air out at night.

No, no, no, Please encourage her to do so for the rest of her life. Take her to get sleep bra's. My GF's daughter just turned 11. And I was informed that she to wear a bra and boxers or loose pants to sleep. It was good for her health.
Just that when she stays the night she like to wear my boxers. My boxers are men's size small. So when she wears my stuff she can't say she's fat.

its a myth that if u wear a bra to bed it would affect ur body.

totally ridiculous.

many women sleep without wearing bras coz its more comfortable for them in that way. They dont want the straps clinching.

I have always wore mine to bed, and I have never once had any problems....let your daughter wear what she feels comfortable wearing and stop worrying about it.
