Ok, I have videora iPod converter, but after I convert the files the audio is messed up. There is a 10 sec lapse between audio and video. It's really annoying. Please, either tell me what I'm doing wrong, or show me a better mp4/ipod converter. 10 points for best answer!

Your not doing anything wrong that program just isn't very good for converting longer movies. I recommend using cucusoft's DVD to ipod converter suit. you can get it at http://www.cucusoft.com/ you have to pay for it but I use it to convert all my movies and I think it is worth every dollar.
