Yes, I have been there.
I'm a university student. I think all students at some point get the point where nothing seems to be going right, you have so many papers to write and exams that you have to take.
This is the time to just take a breath. Shut your books or whatever is bothering you. Grab a bite to eat or whatever. Take a relaxing bath. Go for a run. Anything that you find is something that will let you unwind. If it is grabbing a pillow and punchin it, just let it have it! Or if you need to cry, grab some tissues!
You just need a little alone time to calm yourself down.

Not really, when I get frustrated swearing helps me show how strongly I feel about what I am trying to say. I actually only swear a lot when I am frustrated. I always say exactly how I feel, I think everyone should be able to do that!

Yeah ~ it's a problem which I couldn't even think about! I'm losing my appetite and skipped dinners most of the time, and then curl up and sleep. It's my school problems, too personal to give the details of it. I couldn't even crying and writing poems as usual!
