If he constantly complains of illness or injuries, and makes great exaggerations out of them, then he is a hypocondriac.

If he making excuses, not showing up to work, leaving early, coming in late, he's probably a useless scrub.

Does this guy always go to free lunches, but never stays to hang out or bring gifts? Definetly a scrub.

Does he go to every booth at a fair and take all of the free items they are giving away, without caring about what they are advertising? Scrub.

Does he eat other people's food in the fridge, never pitches in for birthday cake for co-workers, is usually not at work or using work time to do his personal things, constantly taking advantage of sick leave? SCRUB

He needs to be reported. Multiple times.

I have the same problem as you! I love the names Emma, Rebecca, Sara, and Elizabeth, but I always get scoffed at when I suggest those names. People seem to prefer these way too trendy names. My big problem is that parents name their kids stuff like Kayden Angel Rock, then they don't think about when they're older. Would you want the name Kayden when you're 30? I don't think so - it's embarrassing to the poor kid. They don't even THINK about choosing a nice, classic name that's cute when they're younger, and great and professional when they're older. Classics are definitely underappreciated. When I have my child, he or she is going to have a nice, classic name, with maybe a modern twist. I love the name Clara, as well.
