I have itunes downloaded on my computer at work but nothing is on it. I don't want to mess up anyting on my ipod. When I went to hook my ipod up, it told me not to disconnect and of course I didn't want anything on my ipod to be wiped out, so I did. I also have windows media player. Is there an easy way to view it or am I going to have to watch it on the 2 1/2" ipod screen? Help please.

I tried to plug it into the USB and it wanted to connect to the itunes software. I just wasn't sure about it wiping out my ipod. I only have it at work to listen to the music. That option worked fine at home and it played on the computer, but that itunes recognizes my ipod.
