what person is now running for us president that would pardon
leonard peltier? and would you vote for that person?

Bill Clinton said he would, we voted for him, and we are still asking this question eight years later.

I would certainly vote for a president who would release Peltier, if he/she had strong convictions that opposed much of what the current administration has done.

Peltier doesn't belong in Prison, and should recieve compensation for the time he has been locked up. But I will not base my vote solely on that one issue. I wish him the best of luck, and hope that the next president that promises release for him during the campaign, does pardon him.

I'm not sure any President would pardon Leonard Peltier but I sure hope they would. The only chance we have is with a democrat (vs. republican), that's for sure. As a Native woman, I would definately vote for that person!!!
