No, the electrical systems are usually designed to disable the remote receiver whenever the vehicle is in drive or reverse to stop accidental activation of the door locks, trunk release, alarm, etc.

Yes you could is the easy answer, but why would you want to.
You don't need the remote to undo the doors as others have pointed out already, all you would do would activate the alarm

You can but what would be the point? They are already inside, if they want to unlock the doors, they just press unlock.
Personally, I'd use the time to snap a picture of their faces with my cell camera then call 911. The quicker you call the police the better are your chances of recovering your car.

Why not lock your doors when you are not at your car to stop the thief getting in instead of worrying about locking him from getting out.
If you do and he manages to get in, I am sure he will find it just as easy to get out.
