Only partially. The Egyptians raided only along the Mediterranean coastline into what is now Israel and the Lebanon. They may have explored further into the peninsular, but never conquered it.
No ancient power ever attempted the complete conquest of Arabia because of the formidable obstacles of crossing the deserts. Rome invaded North Arabia in 24 BCE but soon withdrew, although for a long period it held North Hejaz.
Ethiopia, during its great expansion under the Aksumite kings twice (A.D. 300–378 and 525–70) held Yemen and the Hadhramaut.
In 570 the Sassanids of Persia drove out the Ethiopians and established a short-lived hegemony over the peninsula.

There is no evidence currently that the ancient Egyptians explored the Arabian Peninsula, although they did conquer up the Fertile Crescent (the Levant) to the most northern and eastern fringes of the Tigris-Euphrates River Valley. They also conquered the Nile River Valley down to modern Sudan. They seemed to follow the vegetation, although they had mines in the Sinai Peninsula as early as the Old Kingdom (about 2500 BC). Although it is certainly possible, I personally doubt that they explored into the interior of the Arabian Peninsula because they usually stayed out of the deserts, and there were no rumors of valuable minerals there.

Sure. Remember, at the time there were no set borders to countries as there is today. I'm sure they explored most, if not all of northern Africa, too.
