You realize that "ladyboys" are male to females transsexuals who are born without the female reproductive system, and despite hormones they can't become prenant right? Barring some type of intersexed condition, that would be quite unusual to have both sets of reproductive organs, especially to have them both functioning and not have it "surgerically corrected" at birth, I am going to doubt your story, but in the off chance your telling the truth I would wonder how she became pregant, but I would hope that you would help her and attempt to do the right thing by being the best father you can.
