How do I contact Kevin Bacon or his manager?

I need to contact Mr. Bacon by the first week of March to make an appeal to his graceious side to visit a high school were a bunch of kids are performing Footloose. He is makeing an appearance in Phoneixville Pa. His appearance coincides with the musical. He could make a positive inpact on a bunch of hard working kids.
