she borrowed my stuff / I borrowed hers, we fell out now she wont give me mine back. I want it what can it do it's value is only about $60-$75. so a lawsuit is pointles but would prove a point to her. what solutionds do you folks have to get stuff back.

well if it was me....I would find her car in a place where i could never be seen by cameras or people and I would do about 1000 dollars worth of damage to it. Paybacks are hell but you know what......it was yours and this is honestly what I would do. Someone hit my car door the other day and I could tell it was the car right next to me by looking. Let's just say I would be surprised if they could open their door when I left. If people would have respected me and take the care that I take when around people there would be no car dings...or people keeping another persons stuff...hows that?

well dude thats freakin gay! first of all your rite you cant go to the police bcuz u let her borrow it. but you can threaten her by say youll call the police or somthing like that.

sometimes it's better to cut your losses and go on with your life. Don't use possessions to keep a hold on a person.

Tell her to give it back or you call the police and report it stolen and will name her name.
