It's impossible to summarize an entire gender in one lump description, but here is a very generic answer: They want her to be confident but not cocky, sweet, sexy, and laid back. They definately do not want anyone who is clingy (someone who expects them to call 3 times per day, someone who needs to know where they are all the time and who they are with, or someone who cries all the time.) They also want someone who can throw on jeans and a tee shirt one day for a baseball game, and then dress up like hollywood the next day for a night out.

Everybody's looking for something different. Just find someone who wants what you have to give. I think on a general level your question is unanswerable. The older I get the less I actually understand what women want.....or care for that matter. So will it be for you concerning men.

They say that a man looks to marry someone who reminds him of his mother. Not true in my case. I would never want to marry a control freak. I guess that's the main thing. There are several other things, but it's hard to write them out.

For me, Belle, it's all on personality.
I like a happy girl, yet, she's funny as well, and can laugh at my jokes.
I also like smart ones, but if they have trouble in math, I'm the boyfriend they need!

well when i asked my boyfriend what he saw in me he said that i make him laugh and when he see's a smile on my face it puts a smile in his face and to know that he makes me happy ,so i reakon as long as you make you man smile or any lad come to thing of it they will like you and if you make a lad laugh they will fall in love with you .
