Yes, provided that the two garnishments combined do not exceed the minimum wage you are allowed to receive (the $$ amount varies by state).

Now, if one of the garnishments is federal, they can take your WHOLE check!

If you owe money to both, and they both got court orders to garnish your wages, then yes, you can be garnished by two simultaneously.

If you owe two different entities, then why not? The best way to find out about it, though, is to talk with a lawyer or an accountant.
