--okey... so what to do first...
--traps are good but you can take out shadow spell and that life barrier... maybe ordeal nah why not.... but the other two yeah take them out... if you have add sakuretsu armor or waboku... two of either one will do for you...
--are you sure you want to go the path of polymerization??? but since its there... hmmmm..... this could be quite a find (difficult for me to find any).. look for the monster card king of swamp and place two of them in the deck.... it works like fusion sage and can be a substitute for one fusion monster....
--so you can now take out the fusion sage spell card and maryokutai as well as nightmare horse from your list... do you think it made a diff????
--do you really want master of oz around???? as well as use reaper on the nightmare???? wellllll..... okey maybe just leave reaper on the nightmare there it wont hurt you at all anyway.... fusion deck.....
--people will comment you on ur use of iron blacksmith kotetsu, big eye, hiro's shadow scout and big koala.... can you find better monsters if ever so you can take them out????? since you have emes... wouldnt you also have DD assailant???? if yes then place him there as well it wont be bad to....
--lets turn you into a semi beatdown... add one more of the goblins... one each which i hope you can get...
--reaper will be there as your wall so fine... sangan and faith yeah.. i like too....
--can you do away with big koa des kanga and master of...????
--add another lei lei if you can...

---you can summon the last warrior with king of the swamp withot the hassle of maryoku.. in your deck... beatdown your opp... protect yourelf with reaper... do you like it so far???
--you can now remove fusion recovery... jst fusion summon once unless you find better fusion monsters.... my opinion only tho...
--dd capsule is not needed anymore you have avarice and mallet anyway... the risk is not worth it since you have these
--provisions no more as well as the two axe... if you want then only one then place the other in the side deck or something....
---so far the count on monsters is 16 plus and minuses from the suggestions... you need 4 to 6 more to add.... 10 to 11 spell cards plus-minus from the sugg... and 4 to 6 traps plus-minus again... max is 33 huh... tsk.... hmmmm what to put..... i like the fact that you are using different cards from the usual cyber dragon and monarch decks.... it makes the game boring seeing the same cards over and over....
--if you want just for kicks... find cyber ogre 2... no you cannot use king of the swamp so what you need is a metamorphosis... you can meta either the last warrior or emes... hahaha... up to you... oh yeah suddenly sangan does not seem to have any use except to search for dd warrior lady, reaper and magician of faith...

I'm sorry but this deck is too unstable. You'll end up with bad draws and useless cards in hand. I suggest you go to www.xerocreative.com and post this deck in their deck-building forum. They will help you improve the deck more than anyone on yahoo answers can.
