Scoobydoo you need to chill out. I am only asking what you would rate her on her appearnce, i dont know what she is like because I dont know her. She is half Indian and half german. Whoever said Bollywood girls are prettier, yeah right. They wear tons of make up and I cant stand there need of having perfect, arched eyebrows regardless of their face shape.

She is very pretty. I don't like the idea of rating females, I find it to be crudely vulgar. What does an arbitrary scale mean, there are not set qualifications, what is true beauty? She could be the prettiest person on the outside, but if she is mean spirited, that is a total turn off.
Beauty is really in the eye of the beholder.
P.S. I know that this isn't the answer you were probably hoping for, and I won't get best answer, but that is o.k. I just want you to be more aware that a person and their worth shouldn't be judged by beauty---or what a society perceives as beauty.
