you can use a file sharing website called isohunt (just search it on google) and you will also need bitcomet to be able to download the files from isohunt. if that makes sense :) just remember, downloading movies from here would be illegal unless you actually pay for movies, in which case i suggest you take a trip to HMV!!

You can go to sites where you can stream your movie and you pay a small amount of money for it. There are aslo programmes like bearshare , torrents which lets you download for free, but be aware for the copyrights
