This is probably the hardest question I've answered yet ;-) I've been to all of the restaurants and I personally liked them all, it just depends on your taste. But, there are several that stick out more than the others. I think EPCOT offers the best dining in Disney.

Since you are going tonight, you will need to be pretty flexible with where and when you want to dine. The dining plan allows people to eat at the nicer restaurants, so they book fast. A lot of the best places may not be available or you may have a long wait. So, my suggestion would be to call Disney and try to get a reservation once you decide on the ones you like most.

My favorite is probably Le Celliers, great steaks and atmosphere. But, this is also one of the most popular onsite and is rather small, recently it has been selling out pretty quickly.

Here are a few of my other favorites. For Italian food I go to L' Originale Alfredo di Roma Ristorante.

Biergarten is good German food, but not one of my top picks.

Bistro de Paris has really great French food, I also like Les Chefs de France.

Seafood my choice would be Coral Reef. It is really great and also has a great atmosphere.

I absolutely love Mitsukoshi Tempura Kiku for Japanese food. The Teppanyaki Dining Room also has good Japanese food.

For Mexican food, San Angel Inn is great.

Marrakesh for Middle Eastern.

Nine Dragons for Chinese food.

Finally Rose and Crowne is good for English food.

Really, all the restaurants are great in EPCOT, table-service wise anyway. It really just depends on what your tastes are. I would look over what they have to offer, see what interests you the most, in order, then call to see if there is anything available. It will really cut down on your wait time.

And, the website the other answer gave is really great for looking over menus. I could tell you my favorite things to order at each place, but I think that is best for you to decide ;-)

Have a great time in EPCOT! Wish I was there :-(

Le Cellier Steakhouse is the best restaurant at EPCOT (it was voted best restaurant by readers of the disney Magazine). It's located at within the Canada Pavilion of the World Showcase, somewhat hidden behind the gardens. The inside of the restaurant resembles an old wine cellar. It's a lovely setting. And, of course, this restaurant serves great steaks - probably the best on property. The filet mignons are delicious. The restaurant also serves excellent appetizers and desserts. This past summer I order the mussels served chowder style, the maple-glazed filet mignon with cream cheese mashed potatoes, and the maple creme brulee. It was probably the best meal of our entire vacation! But the restaurant is very popular, so it can be crowded at times.

Now, my other favorite restaurant at EPCOT is the Coral Reef Restaurant in Future World. The restaurant is stunning with views of the aquarium from every table. The food is outstanding as well. The fried calamari was the best I'd ever had, the New York strip steak with potatoes au gratin was fantastic, and the Chocolate Wave dessert was to die for!

Nine Dragons Restaurant within the China Pavilion of the World Showcase is nice, too. Sometimes this restaurant is packed with a line out the door, but other times it's just dead. This past summer we were one of three groups having lunch at the restaurant. It was so peaceful and relaxing, and the food was great! I really love their honey-sesame chicken! The chicken is nice and moist, but the outside stays nice and crispy even with the sauce. It's delicious!

This website is very helpful - there are menus for all of the restaurants, restaurant photos, and reviews, too...

Hope I could help! Have a magical time!

Depends on what type of food you want. For steak, go to Le Cellier Steakhouse in Canada. If you're in the mood for oriental food, check out the teppanyaki dining room at Mitsukoshi Steak House in Japan. We have also had good luck at the following restaurants: Rose and Crown pub, England; Les Chefs de France, France (obviously); Biergarten, Germany; Akershus, Norway (great Smorgaasbord); Garden Grill, The Land; and Coral Reef, The Living Seas. We did not have good experiences with the food in Italy, China, or Mexico. P.S.: You better pick up the phone NOW and call (407) WDW-DINE and get yourself a reservation or you may not be able to get in at all.

A great idea would be to go online a find maps for each disney park you plan to visit. Then map out the best route to take inside each park. Maybe even list the order in which you want to ride the attractions. We just back from Disney and i know how exciting and LONG the wait is until time to leave. have a great trip.

I am so jealous!!

We like Italy and Japan (Teppanyaki is like Bennihana). We have heard good things about England and Canada, but we have never gotten there. If you are looking for fancy you might have Chefs de France. Mexico is better for lunch, gets a little too gourmet for me at dinner. Coral Reef isn't in a country but the atmosphere is awesome and the food is good.

If you decide to stay for Illuminations don't eat dessert in the restaurant, go to the Kringle Og bakery in Norway. It is counter service, but they have some yummy things to eat while you hold your spot for the show.

Have fun.

Definitely my favorite is Le Cellier in the Canada Pavilion.

Of course there are so, so many fantastic restaurants in Epcot! You can find the perfect one for whatever type of cuisine you are in the mood for!
