It's an easy job. Just unbolt the caliper. Remove the old pads, and push the piston back in. Then load in a new set of pads. The disk has a set screw which must be removed, then it will just pull right off. Installation is the reverse of removal.

Bleed the brake fluid and refil the reservoir.
