Just say "I'm happy that you're happy, but of course as a best friend I'm worried.... are you sure you want to do this?" and then if you get her in to a conversation, tell her some reasons that it may not be the right time. If she doesnt listen, she has to make her own mistakes, and people are going to do what they want no matter what others tell them.

Do what my roommate did to me when my boyfriend(29) and I(18) thought we should get married....she called my mother and begged her to cut my money off if I went through with the marriage! Mind you, it is my mother, not hers and she called her and begged that my mother ground me till I was 30 for even thinking of getting married to my bf!
NOW, some real advice....Tell her how you feel and let her know your there, but your not pushing her in a direction she doesn't want to go. If she wants to get married fine, let her. She is a big girl and can handle it. Just be here friend no matter what happens!
Trust me, young people are all the same. We just want to be supported!

I agree with LeRoy. People have to make their own mistakes no matter what the cost emotionally. If you talked her out of it she would always remember that and maybe blame you. IF it fails, be there for her. That's all you can do other than asking her if she is SURE she wants to marry him.

tricky one. I don't know the person but in such a situation like this one I suppose you could go at it with kid gloves and state the reasons carefully. No one could tell me anything at 20 yrs old either.

***THERES NO WAY TO TELL HER WITHOUT PISSING HER OFF, BECAUSE AT AGE 20, SHE TOO IMMATURE TO UNDERSNTANE WHERE YOU ARE COMING FROM. SHE'S NOT GOING TO TAKE ANYTHING YOU SAY SERIOUSLY. NOW THE CHOICE IS TO SPEAK YOUR MIND AND PISS HER OFF, OR SIT BACK AND SAY NOTHING. SHE IS MOST LIKELY GOING TO MARRY THIS GUY NO MATTER WHAT, SO IF YOU FEEL STRONGLY ABOUT TELLING HER HOW YOU FEEL, THEN IN GOOD CONSCIENCE AND FRIENDSHIP YOU MUST TO IT, EVEN THOUGH IT WILL MOST LIKELY PISS HER OFF. GOOD LUCK.***

Just tell her straight, then blame it on the foreigner. It's what foreigners are for, innit?

You don't...if she askes your opinion, then you have a right to express it...just be ready and waiting when, as you predict, gets hurt...and NEVER say "I told you so"....
that's a good friend :)
