Kerala has one of the highest alcohol consumptions in India, despite the high rate of government taxation. You'll find a bar in most hotels serving anything from 'Kallu' to Scotch Whiskey.

I believe that it is just the advertising of liquor that is banned.

Be warned that alcohol consumption in public is frowned upon.

Kerala is not a dry state.
Yes you can get beer in Kerla on beach side restaurants.

STUPID STUPID question, it is only dry in sahara dessert never in india, spec kerala
