It wasn't a lifetime achievment award, it was a outstanding contributution to music, which i do think they deserve. If you look at the music out at the moment, all of them have taken parts of oasis and made there own.

Not at all, although they are a decent band they have no accomplished anything deserving of such praise. They are really nothing more then a circus side show honestly the only thing they have achieved is not killing each otehr .................yet. A lifetime achievement award should be given to people who have survived the industry over time, made a mark, and after years of work still get talked about.

Nope. They've not been going long enough for starters, nor can they be described as being influential or innovative. The fights and fisticuffs are what's kept them in the public eye, not their talent.

yes i do because they are an excellent band
but last night liam completly ruined the performance but singing like a tw*t. he wasnt even singing properly or finisheing off his words esp in cigerettes and alcohol

yes i definately think that they deserved it. they are one of the best bands around and have worked very hard to achieve what they got last night. they are awesome.

No, they are overated garbage.........but saying that alot of people did enjoy their music.......
Personally i haven't ever liked any of their records, not one...I even like two Cliff Richard songs!! hahahaha :D
