Whenever there is a suspicious death (in this case Two Suspicious deaths) and a a wealth of money involved, usually that is more than enough motive to consider the possibility of Homicide. Quite Coincidental that Daniel Smith (Anna's son) and her both seem to have died by drugs in their system. Although Toxicology reports have still yet to determine the nature of the deaths. But so far we do know that multiple drugs were in their system.( In Anna's case "reportedly" 7 times the amount that should have been in there, So it appears someone wanted to ensure that she wouldn't recover,as it is hard to believe that someone would be this careless. )
Now, the 400 Million dollar plus question is .. Did they "knowingly" take it,or was it introduced into their body "unknowingly" by someone they trusted (who was close to them) and that person deliberately put the drugs into their "drink or food", with "deliberate intent" to kill them, in an effort to make themselves the sole heir to her Money

I would think it would be Howard Stern for a couple of reasons.
1. It was stated that he had no income for some time and was depending on his parents.
2. He was there when both deaths occured.
3. He could have been jealous of the relationship between Anna and her son.
4. He could have been jealous of all the other men in Anna'a life that are still popping up.
5. He may be thinking that no one would accuse him because it would be just too obvious and no one could be that stupid.
6. Why is he avoiding a DNA test if he is so sure that he is the father?
I would like think differently, but facts are facts .

Well, my opinion is the world has lost a truly great Hollywood conversation piece. I do not think at all that her death is fake at all. With the age of press, it would be harder and harder to fake your death, especially a celebrity death like this. Whether her death is linked to Trimspa or not, I do not know, but I will tell you this, if you are a stockholder in Trimspa's parent company, sell, sell, and sell more. Sell til it is all gone because no matter what the truth really is, the public is going to link Trimspa to the death of Anna Nicole and the Trimspa era is official dead today. The whole diet pill era is dying, and took a big hit today. In a twisted way, all these exercise videos are going to get a boost because people are going to be scared of Trimspa and its evil sisters. Anna was a beautiful woman and I for one will truly miss her.

Of course your are asking if we think Howard killed her and her son. Very possible.
Crime scene evidence has been collected. If drugs were introduced by food or drink, they more than likely know this by now.
Here is a real problem. The medical examiner seems to have jumped on the band wagon and is doing interviews. I do not know what that would mean if charges were brought against Howard Stern.
Getting Howard Stern in the country was brilliant on the judges part. I wonder if the circus he is conducting is a way to stall in order to get what they need to detain him. Florida law clearly states the chain of custody of a body, husband, adult children then parents.
By the way, how fast did Howard exit the country after Anna Nicole's death? It seems he left in a hurry.
The person who has the most to gain is the person who gets custody of the baby. That would mean the father. She had frozen sperm of her late husband. What if the father is the dead tycoon?

It all depends on who gets the child. Somebody knew enough to get Anna and her son out of the way, which means that all the wealth flows through the child. Who had the opportunity and a motive to do this?
Had Anna and Stern been legally married, he would inherit all of her wealth. If the child is his and they weren't married, his daughter inherits the wealth (with him as the child's guardian). Not a bad setup, either way. Whichever man is the father gets custory of the baby. If neither of these guys are the father, Anna's mother could quite possibly get custody, making her the guardian.
If the ex-husband's family was involved in the murders, they would want to get rid of the baby as well, which makes me think they weren't involved (unless they're still plotting). It seems to me that Stern stands to gain the most--and the least, if the child is not his.

Who has the Most to Gain From Anna Nicoles Death? That's easy. The tabloid magazines. When all the legal wrangling is done, the tabloids will have made a bigger profit than all of Anna's remaining money. Those evil creeps hit the jackpot on this one.

The baby has the most to gain for Anna Nicole's death. That being said, whoever gets the baby also gets the money. The baby is the golden ticket. I doubt that the death of Anna Nicole and her son are coincidental. Someone murdered them. Someone who has rights to the baby....

Right now the only one with something to gain is Howard k Stern. Anna was his only big major client so the man has no money. He did everythign so that he could get Anna paid. Now he has teh baby and every one wants o see the baby and everything. He will probably sell the rights to her pictures and story and make a huge bundle off of that child

Howard K. Stern has the most to gain......he is the executor of the will, in which Dannielynn is the beneficiary....which means that until she reaches the specified age (this varies), HE appropriates the money for whatever he thinks is necessary for her to lead the lifestyle that he thinks she's entitled to....so....perhaps HE thinks she should be driven around by himself in a ferrari (for instance), then he could buy himself a ferrari for that purpose.......so yeah, he'll benefit from it......not to mention, the tabloids pay big dollars for hot stories, and this whole thing is a very hot story right now, and prolly will be for awhile.

I don't think either of them were the brightest of folks but you would think they would have been more careful. I think there is cause for suspicion. Especially Anna Nicole after Daniel's death and in light of that beautiful baby daughter! I think whoever gets custody of the baby is who will benefit the most as well as the baby. I hope whoever gets her has a strong head to raise her right!

but the real question is, who's the daddy?
this baby is going to be worth lots and lots of money, she will inherit a very good portion of anna's riches, but who gets the child?
anna's parents?
howard k. stern? - who claims he's the father.
larry birkhead? - who also claims he's the father.
and who gets anna's body?
the parents want her to be laid to rest in her hometown
howard k. stern wants the body to be burried in the bahama's with her son. and now, annas former body guard is coming out saying that he had an intimate relationship with her and feels he deserves a say in all this.
